Businesses:

Starting a business is a great way to unlock an income potential that will fuel your income and investments.

A question that many people ask is “What business should I start.”

My answer to that is “Start with what you are passionate about.”

For me this is traveling and fitness. I love to see new places and I really enjoy sports and going to the gym. I actually wrote some of the content for this site while sitting in Denver airport, after a week in Colorado Springs. 

Outside of creating a business around what you enjoy doing there are many options.

Franchises: These are proven businesses that for a sum of money allow you to join the bandwagon. Franchise owners have to follow the instructions of the company and pay yearly fees most of the time. These are great for some people, and not very good for others who want control over the decisions and the direction that they want their company to go.

MLM(Multi-level Marketing): These can be a great place to start for a small amount of money. They also give you valuable training and experience that will help you become successful in your MLM business and any other business. Do your research when looking into these some are good and some are not so great.

Start-ups: These are the hardest sometimes to get going sometimes, but are usually the most rewarding in the end. You will need to decide with the help of a lawyer or a mentor what will work best for the business you are starting. There are a few main ones to include schedule C, LLC, partnership, and corporation. I created a limited liability corporation for my personal real estate investments, and online businesses.
